Eh, never really liked this eccentric freakshow, but his color palette is just-- yeah I had to.. 
Nevertheless, his expression was pretty fun to draw and his vibrant colors are fun to paint hehe
Though I did laugh when he was smelling Kaneki's periodblood
aaandd then there's his gourmet obsession... o_e
